Job Description:
Site Manager- House Builder
A regional residential developer who, due to recent expansion in their active sites, urgently require an experienced Site Manager based in the West Midlands.
Requirements of the Site Manager/Project Manager
Our client is looking for a minimum of 5 years experience as a Site Manager experience within the Residential sector, preferably working on refurbishment/conversion projects and/or small sites comprising of high spec properties. The candidate must have a trade background, be a qualified First Aider and hold a relevant CITB Health & Safety qualification.
Duties of the Site Manager/Project Manager
" Organizing, planning and managing weekly work schedules " Holding client meetings and reporting progress " Delegating and managing trades staff and sub contractors " Health and Safety on site " Dealing with external consultants such as Architects and Planners
What can our client offer the successful Site Manager/Project Manager?
This is a permanent position and we fully expect the successful Site Manager/Project Manager's role to develop into that of a Construction Manager within the near future. In return for your skills and experience is an excellent salary of £35,000-£38,000 depending on experience plus car/car allowance.
