Site Manager - Decent Homes/Social Housing Site Manager
The Company
Our client is one of the countries leaders in the new build and refurbishment of Social Housing. They have successfully been awarded long term partnering contracts with some of the largest Local Authorities and Housing Associations in the country, and are rapidly expanding. Owing to this continued success and expansion, they currently have opportunities for experienced Site Managers to work on a large five year project in Scunthorpe.
The role of the Site Manager - Decent Homes/Social Housing Site Manager
The ideal Site Manager will have previous experience working as a Site Manager, either for a contractor or a local authority. You will be of trades origin, and will be a good communicator, with strong leadership skills. You will be working in a fast paced environment, so the ability to prioritise and work well under pressure is essential.
