Site Manager / Refurbishment Site Manager
The Company
Our client is one of the countries leaders in the housing maintenance and refurbishment area, who have successfully been awarded long term partnering contracts with some of the largest Local Authorities and Housing Associations in the country.
Owing to the award of a major long term partnering arrangement in the West Midlands area, they are urgently seeking to appoint an experienced Site Managers to join the existing team.
The role of the Site Manager / Refurbishment Site Manager
The ideal Site Manager will have previous experience of working on housing refurbishment projects, either within local government or a contractor. The company are also open to looking at Site Managers who are well versed in general refurbishment projects and want to move in to the social housing refurbishment area.
