Job Description:
The Company Requiring the Site Manager / Internal Refurbishment
Our client are a well respected social housing contractor who specialise in decent homes refurbishment works, new build affordable housing and also school extensions projects.
The Project Requiring the Site Manager / Internal Refurbishment
You will be taken on initially to work on any number of sites in Lancashire or Manchester of which will almost certainly be tenanted properties needing full refurbishments.
The role of the Site Manager / Internal Refurbishment
Being the number one on site, you will be directly responsible for managing the site on a day to day basis reporting back to the Contracts Manager.
You will be expected to handover at least 10 properties per week with initial help via your onsite site supervisor and a TLO. All documentation will be done via yourself therefore good computer skills is a must. A sound knowledge of health and safety and risk assessments is also required.
Experienced in social housing you will have experienced working for another contractor and you will have gained vast experience of managing internal refurbishments.
