Site Manager / Decent Homes/Social Housing Site Manager
The Company
Our client is one of the countries leaders in the housing maintenance and refurbishment sector, who have successfully been awarded long term partnering contracts with some of the largest Local Authorities and Housing Associations in the country.
Owing to the award of a major long term partnership in the West Midlands region, they are urgently seeking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join the existing team.
The role of the Site Manager / Decent Homes/Social Housing Site Manager
The ideal Site Manager will have previous experience of working on housing refurbishment projects, either within local government or for a contractor. The company are also open to looking at Site Managers who are well versed in general refurbishment projects and want to move in to the social housing refurbishment area. You will come from a trades background, and will be a good communicator, with strong leadership skills.
