The Company Requiring the Senior Estimator / Social Housing
Our client, a traditional contractor operating throughout the whole North West region with works ranging from social housing, public council projects and some new build housing are currently now seeking to appoint an experienced Estimator to join the team.
The Project Requiring the Senior Estimator / Social Housing
Working on predominantly social housing projects throughout the whole North West you will be involved with partnering, frameworks and traditional forms of contracts.
The role of the Senior Estimator / Social Housing
Reporting back to the board on progress of the estimating team you will be instrumental in bringing business into the company. You will manage the inception of the tender process before being assisted by the surveying team.
At any one time you could be estimating projects up to several million pounds. You will have a steely determination, effective management and communication skills plus you must be able to use estimating software such as either Conquest or Causeway.
