The Company Requiring the Residential Housing Buyer Opportunity
My client are a small residential developer based in Preston who tend to focus on smaller, yet high quality new build housing projects. With an estimated turnover of close to £15M and a history dating back to the early 1980's this business has seen steady growth.
The role of the Residential Housing Buyer Opportunity
Your role will encompass taking full charge of the whole buying process for the company including extending the current portfolio of sub contractors and suppliers, sourcing new contacts for the company to use, negotiating prices for materials and services including new and old.
Part of your role will also to be hands on were you will be out on site carrying out take off's and making sure all materials are being used and plant is operational.
Ideally you will have a residential housing background however a contracting background would also be considered.
