Mobile Maintenance Engineer
A leading specialist of Building Services, HVAC & Facilities Management services throughout the UK is looking for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join the North West Building Services and Maintenance Team as a result of continued growth and expansion.
As a Mobile Maintenance Engineer with this service provider, your main duties and responsibilities within this role will include carrying out the following within Commercial premises across the Manchester and Greater Manchester region:
" Providing service, maintenance and reactive/breakdown repair to Electrical, Air Conditioning and Heating systems to include Lighting, VRF & VRF, Split and Chiller systems and Boilers , Burners, Mechanical plant and pipework.

Requirements for this role:
" City & Guilds Parts I & II Electrical Installation or equivalent
" City & Guilds 16th/17th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations or equivalent
" City & Guilds 2078 Safe Handling of Refrigerants or equivalent
" ACS Commercial Gas Elements or equivalent
Demonstrate a sound working knowledge of Building Services systems and associated plant.
Demonstrate a sound knowledge of the Building Services & HVAC sector
