Job Description:
Mobile Maintenance Electrician
One of the UK's most successful Building Services & Facilities Management Service Provider requires a Mobile Maintenance Electrician to join the Building Services & Maintenance team due to continued growth, expansion as a result of excellent Project delivery on behalf of many prestigious Clients located throughout the UK.
As a Mobile Maintenance Electrician for this company, your main duties and responsibilities will include carrying out the following:
" Carrying out service, maintenance, reactive/breakdown repair to Electrical Building Services Systems and associated plant within the Commercial premises throughout Manchester and Greater Manchester to include lighting, emergency lighting, fire alarm systems, Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units and associated building services plant.
" Reporting to the Contract Manager as and when required in order to update progress on all Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Repair works.
" Ensure high quality Service, Maintenance and Reactive/Breakdown works are competed to ensure the highest quality standards are being maintained at all times.

Candidate Requirements
" City & Guilds Electrical Installation Parts I & II or equivalent
" City & Guilds 16th/17th Edition IEE Regulations or equivalent
" Demonstrate a sound understanding and knowledge of the Building Services and Maintenance sector
" Demonstrate a sound working knowledge of Electrical Building Services systems and associated plant.
" Driving Licence
