Job Description:
Static Maintenance Electrician
One of the UK's most successful Building Services & Facilities Management Service Provider requires a Mobile Maintenance Electrician to join the Building Services & Maintenance team due to continued growth, expansion as a result of excellent Project delivery on behalf of many prestigious Clients located throughout the UK.
As a Static Maintenance Electrician for this company, your main duties and responsibilities will include carrying out the following:
" Carrying out electrical installation, service, maintenance, reactive/breakdown repair to Electrical Building Services Systems and associated plant on a large scale industrial facility include lighting, emergency lighting, fire alarm systems, Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units and associated building services plant.
" Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor as and when required in order to update progress on all Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Repair works
" Ensure high quality Service, Maintenance and Reactive/Breakdown works are competed to ensure the highest quality standards are being maintained at all times.

Candidate Requirements
" City & Guilds Electrical Installation Parts I & II or equivalent
" City & Guilds 16th/17th Edition IEE Regulations or equivalent
" Demonstrate a sound understanding and knowledge of the Building Services and Maintenance sector
" Demonstrate a sound working knowledge of Electrical Building Services systems and associated plant.
