The Company Requiring the In-experienced Site Manager - Construction
Our client is a well known traditional contractor operating all over the North West region with contracts already established from £1M through to £5M.
The role of the In-experienced Site Manager - Construction
A new position has come in to join the company working under the guidance of the Contracts and Construction Manager. You will be provisionally at a Foreman or Assistant Site Manager level and you will only have a couple of year's experience.
Ideally a joiner by trade you will be competent on all finishing's on projects plus ideally you will have worked on construction projects from £500K upwards.
You will be brought into the company to be 'trained' up to how the Construction Manager would like a Site Manager to be. You must already be either going to night college or trying to push your career forward in another means

Salary will be negotiable but initially you can expect a starting salary of around the £25K plus package mark.
