Freelance General Foreperson - 6 Months - Oldham
A leading provider of Social Housing solutions to local authorities in the North West are looking to recruit an experienced General Foreperson to assist their busy construction team. They have recently been awarded a large contract in Greater Manchester and are continually looking to expand.
The job is to work on Social Housing schemes in and around Greater Manchester. Duties and projects will include:
" Refurbishment of untenanted terraced bungalows
" New Build sheltered accommodation and extension to existing accommodation
" Snagging and defaults
" Ordering Site Materials
The hourly rate for this position is £17.00 per hour and the right candidates will be taken on a permanent basis. They are looking to get someone on board immediately and the interest so far has been high.
