Foreperson/Site Supervisor / Social Housing Refurbishment & Maintenance
The Company
Owing to the award of a new 10 year contract, my client, a large Social Housing Contractor, is currently looking to expand their existing workforce in the West Midlands region. The contract encompasses the local council's full scope of works, including responsive repairs, void repairs and Decent Homes refurbishments.
The role of the Foreperson/Site Supervisor / Social Housing Refurbishment & Maintenance
The successful Foreperson/Site Supervisor will be of trades origin, preferably joinery or bricklaying, and will have previous Social Housing refurbishment or maintenance experience. You will be a strong leader, with excellent communication and inter personal skills. Your duties will include the supervision of trades and labour, monitoring of health and safety, pushing the project through to complete on time and to budget, etc.
