Foreperson/General Foreperson / Reactive Maintenance
The Company
I am currently recruiting for the maintenance arm of a large construction company, who due to continued expansion are looking to recruit a General Foreperson/Site Supervisor to join their existing R&M team in West Midlands region.
The role of the Foreperson/General Foreperson / Reactive Maintenance
The ideal candidate will have a joinery or bricklaying background and will have had experience of managing small teams of workmen. They will have worked on domestic maintenance projects turning their hand to most trades work on site. They will have a hands-on approach and enjoy being on the tools while also managing the job and workmen on site.
