Job Description:
Finishing Foreman - 2 Months - Manchester City Centre
An expanding property developer is looking to secure the services of an experienced Finishing Foreman to assist on the final stages of a build before handover. The project is high spec apartments and the job is in preparation for handover.
Duties Including:
" Snagging lists and back-snagging
" Ensuing that Sub-contractor defaults are carried out to spec
" Overseeing the finishing trades
The client is looking for someone from a time-served joinery background with more than 5 years experience as a Finishing Foreman. Experience of dealing with the finishing trades on high spec apartments is essential as is a keen eye for detail.
In return we can offer an excellent pay rate of £18 per hour for the right candidate.
