Turn Key Design and Build Projects Manager
One of the UK's leading high spec, fast track fit out contractors has created an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager to join their existing team based in the West Midlands.
They are a well established and reputable business with a client base boasting many blue chip organisations, specializing in providing a comprehensive and innovative fit out solution to projects ranging in value from £500k to £10 Million.
They are seeking a passionate individual to spearhead a newly established division within the business dealing with turn key design and build projects.
The successful candidate will have experience working in a live environment within the fit out sector. In order to further develop the existing business you must be commercially aware, have sales or marketing skills and be able to network within the sector. You will be quality driven and have excellent leadership qualities.
For the successful candidate there is a salary upwards of £50k + a very competitive bonus scheme + car or car allowance and package.
