Customer Care Manager - Social Housing Customer Care Manager
Our client is one of the countries leading players in the maintenance and refurbishment of Social Housing schemes. In recent years, the company has gone from strength to strength and is now considered to be the leading organisation in this area.
Owing to major expansion, they are urgently seeking to appoint a Customer Care Manager to join the organisation.
The main elements of the role encompass:
" Coordinate all the regional Customer Complaints Registers and Claims, monitoring the North`s & Midlands Regional expenditure and to ensure that all branches are following procedures. " Assist with Insurance claims to speed the delivery of service to claimants. " Working with Training Officer and HR, deliver Inductions and relevant customer care training to all staff in Region. " Monitor all new starters for the North / Midlands, ensuring all training is completed for Customer Care. That all CC staff receive shadowing, mentoring and reviews are completed. " To work with CSR Manager, assisting in delivery of and development of links with associated agencies and charities, throughout regions.
To qualify for the role, they are seeking candidates who has a proven track record of working within a customer care environment and who are IT literate. Candidates MUST also be prepared to travel within the region to visit other branches.
They will also ideally have experience of working in partnership with a local authority and will also have a basic understanding of the construction trade.
