Contracts Manager - Brickwork Subcontractor
My client are a are Bricklaying Subcontractor supplying labour, plant and material for brick and block work schemes throughout the North West. They cover a wide range of sectors including Commercial, Education, Government, Healthcare, Residential, Retail, Sports & Leisure, projects ranging from £50k to £2.5million.
Owing to the award of new contracts they are looking to appoint a Contracts Manager to join their offices based in Liverpool.
You will be reporting to the Contracts Directors and will be responsible for managing multiple sites, liaising with clients, programming works, managing site teams, ensuring health and safety standards are maintained and ensuring contracts run within schedules timescales.
In return for your skills, my client will offer a basic salary from £32k-36k with a company car and fuel card and holidays.
To qualify for this exciting role you will have previous experience, ideally working with a brickwork contractor. You will have the ability to work under pressure and ensure the highest quality and that work is completed to the client's satisfaction.
