Our client is a well respected social housing business that have grown from strength to strength over a 10 year period. Now with numerous different projects in the pipeline and work going for at least another 10 years you will be working for a business that has future contract security.
The Project Requiring the Contracting Senior QS / Preston
Dependent upon your experience you may well be taken on to totally head up a new 10 year framework agreement or alternatively you may well look after several smaller projects
The role of the Contracting Senior QS / Preston
A Quantity Surveying degree is ideally sought although not totally necessary. You will have come from another contractor ideally in social housing but if you are from a traditional contractor in another field you will still be considered.
Reporting back to the board you will have senior management responsibilities which will include bringing in new business via managing the whole tender packages, managing fellow surveyors also. Overall you must be savvy and commercially aware and have the ability to manage projects from inception to full completion.
Benefits & Advantages for the Contracting Senior QS / Preston
My client is flexible with regards to salaries and packages but typically this will be between £40K - £45K.
