Tenant Liaison Officer

A leading social housing contractor specializing in regeneration schemes are looking to appoint a number of experienced Tenant Liaison Officers to be based in various locations in the North West including Blackburn, Preston, Manchester and Oldham.

You will be involved in various social housing upgrade schemes ranging from kitchen and bathroom replacements, rewires, central heating upgrades, window and door replacements, roofing and Solar Panel installations.

As a Tenant Liaison Officer you will be on the front line of delivering high quality customer service to a wide range of tenants. Duties include:

Pre entry visits to introduce the company and to advise tenants on the works that their property qualifies for
Completing tenancy agreements forms
Acting as the main point of contact with any problems/queries that they may have regarding said works
Contacting neighbourhood housing associations and establishing working relations with them
Visiting empty houses that are being refurbished with potential tenants and advising them on completion dates etc
Attending and chairing tenant forum meetings to advise tenants of works being carried out Advise tenants with different designs, colour schemes, lighting, etc
Monitor customer complaints and resolve any potential issues as quickly and efficiently as possible
Monitor customer satisfaction
General administration including printing letters, updating files and trackers, arranging appointments, etc

This is initially a temporary requirement for approx 4 weeks, with the possibility of further extension for the right individual.

To qualify for the role it is essential that you have previous experience working in the social housing sector in a similar customer facing role dealing with tenants on a daily basis. It is also essential that you have a full driving licence along with your own transport.

You will also be required to hold a CSCS card, Asbestos Awareness Certificate and PPE to go on site.

The rate of pay is £10 per hour + mileage.
