Leading social housing contractor seek to appoint a Site Manager to run a 15 week social housing external refurbishment scheme in Merseyside.
The Role / Company for Site Manager
Due to securing a new contract, this well established building contractor in the North West seek to appoint an ambitious and driven Site Manager to head up a 15 week external refurbishment scheme to 10 properties in Merseyside. The contract consists of rendering, cladding and solar pv installs. Reporting into a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the build programme, regular client liaison at all stages of the build process, organising and coordinating subcontractors and direct trades, maintaining high standards of health and safety, working to a strict programme of works and budget and maintaining high standards of workmanship and build quality.
Experience/Benefits required for Site Manager
You must demonstrate a proven track record within Site Management on external social housing refurbishment schemes. You must also possess a SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS Card. Ideally you will possess a trade background and have an excellent record of health and safety and quality.
The company offers a remuneration package which includes a basic salary of between £30,000 to £35,000 dependent upon experience, car allowance or company car, fuel card, contributory pension scheme, healthcare, 26 days holiday plus stats. However, this will initially start as a temp role so will be hourly paid approx £16 per hour.
