Tenant Liaison Officer
My client is a leading social housing contractor, who specialise in regeneration schemes on tenanted properties. Owing to increased work within their South Yorkshire portfolio they are looking to appoint an experienced Tenant Liaison Officer to be based in Sheffield.
As a Tenant Liaison Officer you will develop positive relationships with residents in order to provide information and support during refurbishment, maintenance and major works programmes. Duties include:
Visiting tenants in their homes and to advise them on when and what work is being carried out.
Act as the main point of contact with any problems/queries that they may have regarding proposed works.
Contacting neighbourhood housing associations and establishing working relationships with them.
Visiting empty houses that are being refurbished with potential tenants and advising them on completion dates etc.
To monitor customer complaints and resolve any potential issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Ideal applicants MUST have previous experience working on social housing, decent homes schemes. You must also have a full driving licence along with your own transport.
