Leasing social housing contractor seek to appoint a Site Manager to run a high rise social housing internal refurbishment scheme in South Manchester.
The Role / Company for Site Manager
Due to securing a new contract, this well established building contractor in the North West seek to appoint an ambitious and driven Site Manager to head up this contract to completion. Reporting into a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the build programme, regular client liaison at all stages of the build process, organising and coordinating subcontractors and direct trades, maintaining high standards of health and safety, working to a strict programme of works and budget and maintaining high standards of workmanship and build quality.
The company are a reputable building contractor who turnover circa £100m per annum. They invest highly in training and personal development. This forward thinking company believe in organic growth with many of their senior managers and directors having been promoted up the ranks over the years.
Experience/Benefits required for Site Manager
You must demonstrate a proven track record within Site Management on HIGH RISE social housing refurbishment schemes. You must also possess a SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS Card. Ideally you will possess a trade background and have an excellent record of health and safety and quality.
The company offers a comprehensive remuneration package which includes a basic salary of between £30,000 to £35,000 dependent upon experience, car allowance or company car, fuel card, contributory pension scheme, healthcare, 26 days holiday plus stats. However, this will initially start as a temp role so will be hourly paid approx £16 per hour.
